It has been a busy week with a lot of boring home projects that are not worth documenting like cleaning the closet, packing up stuff to keep and some to give away and many more tiring but otherwise boring chores. I'm still in the process of adjusting our home loan because I don't think I could keep the present arrangement I have with the developer. Aside from that, I'm also in the process of getting back the construction bond from the admin. But that's not until the contractor meets all their shortcomings (the sink, the sprinkler in my room, the air conditioning etc). So I'll be making a lot of phone calls and paperwork next week. And I have to look into several home loans. I have to find something that fits my budget and current situation. I would rather choose the one with an adjustable rate over the one with fixed rate. You'll never know I might win the lotto or something one day and might pay off my loan in the shortest possible time. Anyway, I have to do my assignment as soon as possible and if I can do all these before school starts then it would be much better.
