Election is next year. That is, if no charter change occurs and surprises us all. Anyway, a friend of mine is working very hard to get as much printing jobs for her family's business. The printing industry wakes up from its slumber every time there is an election. With so many positions open and so many politicians running for one position, campaign materials are inevitable. Everywhere you go, you'd be surely met with posters, flyers, stickers, banners and shirts shouting Vote Me, Vote Me! I'm pretty sure my friend would have a lot on her hands next year. And she even has a new equipment to be able to compete with bigger printing houses. She's particularly proud of her new card printers. It practically does all jobs, from ID card printing for Voter's ID to simple school and office IDs. As early as now, it's being put to good use. School is near, you know. And most schools change school IDs. Of course, each kid enters a new grade or level each year. I think ID card printing is a lucrative business. Not only during elections but all year round. And I think it's a good business decision on my friend's part to invest in these ID card printers.
